AJ Adam's treasury on the river Dhron, where history and tradition meet in every grape and every bottle of wine. Their vineyard, although the label says Mosel, is on the Dhron River, close to Neumagen-Dhron, Germany's oldest wine village.

The winery is run by the sibling couple Barbara Gudelj (formerly Adam) and Andreas Adam. At their vineyard, they combine old traditions with modern approaches to wine production. The family has deep roots in the area and is proud to carry on the legacy of their ancestors. With a unique location on the Dhron River and surrounded by the picturesque Mosel slopes, grapes are grown with respect for nature and the local environment.

AJ Adam believes in creating wines with character and terroir, and attaches great importance to sustainability and respect for the environment. The winery is located in Dhroner Hofberg, an area with a rich wine tradition and a unique soil.
